Cookies Policy
This Cookies Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on the User's devices with the use of cookies to provide services electronically requested by the User, by UNIMAT DOORMAT FACTORY RAFAŁ REJMISZ with the registered office in Poznań.
§ 1 Definitions

3. Cookies of the Administrator - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
4. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by partners of the Administrator via the website of the Service.
6. Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
7. User - shall mean an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.

We do not collect any so-called "sensitive information" via cookies, e. g. information about your health, religion, sexual orientation or union membership. § 2 Types of Cookies

What happens to the obtained information?
As part of our business we entrust personal data to entities cooperating with us for marketing purposes and running an online shop. Our partners are companies that provide hosting services. It may happen that our partner, to whom we entrust hosting a website uses servers located outside Polish borders. We are also obliged to make your data available to entities which have the right to make such a request, such as the police, the prosecutor's office, the courts and certain government offices - in situations and within the limits stipulated by law.
We store the information contained in cookies until you withdraw your consent or update (overwrite) this data.
1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Users' Devices via this route. These files allow us to identify the software used by the User and customize the Website for each individual User. Cookies typically include the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the value assigned to them.
2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
a) Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
b) Persistent cookies: these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or switching off the Device does not remove them from the User's Device. b) recognizing Service User device and its location and appropriately displaying website, adjusted to its individual needs;
c) Remembering about the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e. g. with regard to the chosen language or the region the User comes from;

3. The Administrator uses its own Cookies to remember the User's location, and in particular to correctly configure selected functions of the Website, making it possible to adjust the information provided to the User taking into account his/her location.
4. The Administrator uses its own cookies for the purpose of analysis and research and audience audit, in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the Website, which enables improving its structure and content.
5. The service administrator uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics analytical tools (the administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA).
6. The service administrator uses external cookies to popularize the service by means of social networks plus. google. com (the administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA).
7. The service administrator uses external cookies to popularise the service by means of Facebook. com social networking sites (administrator of external cookies: Facebook Inc. with registered office in the USA or Facebook Ireland with registered office in Ireland).
§ 4 Possibilities of defining the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies
1. User can independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to cookies by the User Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the previous sentence by means of the settings of the Internet browser or the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their placement on your device each time. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in your software (web browser) settings.
2. The user can delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they are using.
3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Website.
Disabling the processing of cookies

§ 5 User analysis
Google Analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics, the web analytics services of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), or Google for short. Google Analytics uses text files, so-called cookies. Cookies are stored on your computer and generate information about your use of our website.
This information is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website, which means that within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, your IP address will be truncated in advance by Google. The full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there only in exceptional cases.
Google uses the information generated to create analyses and reports about the use and activities on the Administrator's website and to provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet to the Administrator. This includes, in particular, features related to the display of advertisements, such as Google Analytics reports based on demographic and interest data. The demographic and interest-based Google Analytics reports use data collected by Google through interest-based display advertising and site visitor data obtained from third parties (e. g. age, gender, interests). Google will transfer this information to third parties within the scope of the applicable law or if these third parties process the data on behalf of Google.
The IP address obtained from your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data stored by Google. You can prevent the use and storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate setting on your browser software. However, we would like to expressly point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website.
Google AdWords Remarketing
The website uses the Google AdWords Remarketing function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Remarketing technology via Google AdWords enables us to address users who have already visited our website and are interested in our offer with targeted advertising on Google's partner network sites. For this purpose, when you visit our site, a cookie is created to allow us to recognize you when you visit our advertising partners' sites. § 6 Other rights in relation to our data processing

However, it may turn out that this is impossible or involves an excessive expenditure of resources, in which case we will inform you about the impossibility of processing the request and the reasons for it. We may also condition the fulfillment of your request on your payment of a reasonable fee in certain statutory situations.
If you believe that as a result of our actions we have violated the law or your rights, you can at any time file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
