Galvanized steel grilles
Our galvanized steel grilles are traditional solutions created to keep floors clean and neat. This modern construction mixed with stylish design is perfect for places with an intensive pedestrian traffic because of its durability.
Grille doormats owe their modern look to the material - they are made of galvanized steel. It is an alloy resistant to all weather conditions and thanks to these properties it maintains its bright, vivid colour for years. The steel construction is very durable.
This type of product has a large dirt capacity, so it does not require frequent cleaning. This is an alternative solution to aluminium doormats. They can be used with Unimat HomeCleaner 70 or Unimat TrapSystem80. Moreover, you can choose frame UR 20.
Anti - slipping profiles
The doormat construction is two rows of intersecting steel plates. The thicker ones are responsible for the strength of the whole structure, while the skinnier ones with cut-out profiles are responsible for cleaning the shoes. The latter also have an anti-slip effect. The standard eyelet has dimensions of 55 x 11 mm, height 20 mm, supporting flat bar 3 mm.
Grilles are placed in sediment traps made in the floor or pavement. We make sets in several basic dimensions, but you can also order doormats in non-standard lengths and widths. Unimat 20 KRATA doormat has wide, universal use as the first doormat in the cleaning line for facilities of any traffic intensity. In order to achieve a large cleaning field, the doormats are arranged side by side in a common frame. They are designed for indoor and outdoor use.

Our sedimentation traps
A complete drainage system is a product that solves the problem of draining water, sand etc. into the space underneath the doormat significantly increasing the dirt capacity of the doormat and saving cleaning time. Therefore, in many facilities the best solution is to use complete systems with drainage.
We offer systems with different parameters. We are also flexible when it comes to the configuration of cleaning inserts - in this respect we adapt to the Customer's expectations.
